Braised Rice with Pork and Bacon

Choose a casserole, wash and set aside (I actually want to try the pot for this meal)

Wash the rice, pour water and soak in a casserole for one hour

Wash the local pig bacon, cook for about 90 minutes in the pot, boil the water to dry, and cook the bacon oil (remember not to mix it, be sure to watch it!), slice it and set aside

Put the cut bacon into the soaked rice casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, and then pour the pork bacon oil into the pot. Turn medium heat to low heat, turn off the heat for 15 minutes, simmer for a while, open the lid, put the shallots on it for decoration, and start eating!
Tips:
1. When cooking bacon, the heat must be controlled well, and don't paste the pot
