Butter Cupcakes︱ Just Two Easy Steps!

Knock the eggs directly into the egg-beating bowl, 2 pieces of about 100g, and preheat the oven directly at 180 degrees.

Add milk and corn and mix well.

Sift in the butter cake premix, stir smoothly, and no powder can be seen.

Add dried cranberries and mix well and put in the piping.

Prepare 6 paper cups, squeeze into the batter, about 8-9 minutes full, dotted with a few dried cranberries, put the paper cups in the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
If there is no premix powder, a little baking powder needs to be added to ordinary cake powder.
