Butterfly Vegetable Noodle Soup

Prepare some vegetable butterfly noodles

A little beef sliced and minced
3.
Add cornstarch to beef and a little peanut oil

Wash and chop a small handful of coriander

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a few drops of peanut oil, add vegetable butterfly noodles

Stir to a boil, season with a little salt

Cook until the vegetable noodles float, add beef minced meat and stir, cook and turn off the heat

Serve the boiled vegetable noodles, sprinkle with coriander, and top with the soup.
