Cabbage Vermicelli

Wash cabbage and cut into pieces for later use

The fat nail is soaked in ice salt water for several hours and then washed.

After the vermicelli is soaked softly, remove it for use

Fry a poached egg in a hot pan, and serve after frying

Add cabbage and stir fry

Add salt to taste

Add the right amount of water, and boil the fried poached eggs

Boil until the cabbage is about to die, add the fat nails and vermicelli
9.
Cook until the fat nail opens
