Cantonese Sausage Rice

1. To wash the rice, put an appropriate amount of water in the rice cooker to determine the amount of water needed, set it aside to allow the rice to absorb a little water (I usually only wash it once), and cut the vegetables for later use.

2. Take another pot, pour the water in the rice cooker into the pot, add the sausage and boil.

Tips:
1. Cantonese-style sweet sausages need to be fat, so that the sweet flavor of the sausages can be incorporated into the water by boiling them.
2. The amount of water must be equal to the amount of water you use to cook rice, too much water will not have a strong fragrance.
3. Add some carrot shreds to make the color more perfect.
It’s better to eat a bowl of germ rice and be kind to yourself instead of taking great pains to match your meal. A bowl of good rice is the best choice for food.
