Car Sushi
1.
Cook the rice first, I have cooked about 100 grams of rice here.
Mix half of the rice with egg yolk until it becomes yellow. (It is also possible to use floss or other mixes, anyway, the color can be distinguished)
2.
The material distribution sketch is as above.
3.
Prepare the materials.
4.
First, wrap the two fish intestines with two pieces of eight-cut (one-eighth) seaweed to complete the wheel part for use. (Finally, you can apply some salad dressing tightly)
5.
Next, make the car window. Cut a sausage horizontally and vertically, cut it into four and take the halves, wrap them with two pieces of eight-cut seaweed, and cut off the part that grows out to be the same length as the fish intestines. (I will save it till the end)
6.
Next, make the body part of the car. Take a slice of half-cut seaweed and spread the yellow vinegar rice about four centimeters in the middle, about one centimeter thick.
7.
Then put the sausages on the two window parts.
8.
Then spread a thin layer of yellow vinegar rice along the top of the car window. Don't place too much on both sides, otherwise it won't protrude from the bottom of the car. The shape is probably like a plan view of a straw hat.
9.
Then cover and roll tightly, cut off the excess seaweed, or use salad dressing to close it tightly, and the body part is ready.
10.
Take two slices of seaweed, which are cut in half, and glue the two seaweed together with a small amount of vinegar rice on the width part.
11.
Then spread a layer of white vinegar rice on the sticky position.
12.
Put the two wheels on, and put a little bit of vinegar rice, spread it to the left half of the wheel, and put a little bit in the middle of the wheel.
13.
Then put the body frame up and press it down to make the body as low as possible on the wheels. (A bit scribbled) 🤣
14.
Then spread the white vinegar rice evenly around the body.
15.
Roll it up tight, and you can see the outline of the car from the side.
16.
Finally use a sharp knife to cut into sections.
17.
On the dish.
