Caramel Popcorn

Add corn oil to the deep pot of Dongling multi-function pot and heat it to 70% hot, about 2 minutes. Pour the corn kernels and stir a few times, so that each corn kernel can be covered with corn oil.

After a few bursts, you can close the lid.

Shake the pot from time to time to prevent local overheating.

When there is no crackling sound, you can uncover the lid, stir fry for a while to remove the moisture, and then pour it out.

Then we come to boil the caramel. Add the confectioner's sugar and water to the pot, heat it over medium heat until the color turns yellow, then add the butter.

Stir it until the butter melts and turns into a caramel color.

Pour in the popcorn and stir-fry evenly.
