Carrot and Fish Roe Sausage Rolls

Prepare the materials.

Wash the radishes first and cut them into even thin slices.

Take a pot and add appropriate amount of water. After boiling, put the sliced radish into the pot and blanch it for about 1 minute. When blanching, add a little salt to make the sliced radish taste a little bit.

Wash the coriander stalks and blanch them in water. The coriander stalks are used to tie the radish rolls.

Divide the fish roe sausage into two.

Take a slice of blanched radish, put 1 piece of fish roe sausage on the slice of radish and tie it up with blanched coriander stalks.

Tips:
The radish must not be cut too thick, and the blanching time must not be long, otherwise it will break easily when rolled.
