Char-roasted Cashew Nuts and Stir-fried Celery
1.
Put the cashew nuts on a plate, wash the celery, remove the leaves, and cut into oblique slices with an oblique knife.
2.
Heat a pan, add olive oil, and stir fry celery in the pan until the whole body is evenly discolored, then add salt and stir well.
3.
Put the cashew nuts and stir fry together with the celery, sprinkle a small amount of boiling water and continue to stir fry, so that the flavor of the celery and the cashews will merge.
4.
Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Salt should be added when frying celery, because charcoal roasted cashews have a salty taste. Sprinkle must be boiled water. Sprinkling cold water will lower the temperature of the pot and affect the taste of the dish.
