Charcoal Roasted Pork

Kill it well, first remove all the bones of the pig, and also the head. If it is used for worship, it can be kept, but it is more difficult to roast with the pig's head.

Prepare a large pot with the ingredients!

Put the de-skeletoned pig into a basin and spread the ingredients evenly, and marinate for two hours.

After two hours, fix the pigs on a custom roasting rack with iron wire!

In order to heat the whole pig evenly, it is best to hold each part of the pig apart and fix it.

Tips:
1. The size of the pig should not be too large, it is not easy to operate!
