Ingredients

Cherry Cocktail Jelly

1. Materials ready

2. Gelatine tablets are soaked in warm water to soften

3. Pour out the soaking water, add 50ml of hot water, stir until the gelatin flakes melt, let cool and set aside

4. Pour 150ml of Rui'ao cocktail into the glass

5. Add the cold gelatin solution and sugar, mix well

6. Wash the cherries and cut into small dices

7. Place the cherries in the mold

8. Pour the cocktail mixed with gelatine solution and put it in the refrigerator until it is set
