Chicken and Shark Fin Bone Soup

Soak the shark fin bones in clean water overnight.

Blanch the chicken in the pan first.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and add appropriate amount of shredded lean meat.

Add a few slices of ginger.

Add a few slices of Beiqi.
6.
Pour the blanched chicken into the pot.
