Chinese Wolfberry and Horseshoe Dumplings

Sticky sorghum rice noodles: first blanch one-third of the sticky sorghum rice flour into hot noodles, then add the remaining two-thirds of the flour, add warm water to make a three-light dough, and cover with plastic wrap.

Red beans and red dates stuffing: Soak red beans and red dates for a few hours, steam them in a steamer, peel and remove the red dates, crush the red beans, add rose sauce to taste.

Take a piece of the sticky sorghum noodles and pat it into a cake.

Fill in the red bean and red date stuffing to make a tang yuan.

Boil the tang yuan on the boiling pot, add medlar and horseshoe slices before turning off the heat and cook for a while.
