Chocolate Muffin

Weigh 1 egg of 50 grams (start to preheat the oven)

Beat the eggs in a stainless steel basin with a mixer

Add chocolate premix (with chocolate beans inside)

Stir until the batter is smooth

Add salad oil and stir evenly

Divide evenly into 4 paper cups

Put in the oven, heat up to 160°C and then bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, then turn to the heat to 180°C and roast at 160°C for 10 minutes.
