Cocktail Double Pudding

Take a pot, boil the right amount of water, and pour in the milk pudding powder

Stir with a spoon until there is no dry powder.

Strain it and pour it into a cup. I only poured a small amount. Don’t fill it up, put the rest in another cup. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator.

Soak the gelatine slices in cold water to soften them and put them in a large bowl.

Add a small amount of white sugar, put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, heat it on low heat, put a large bowl into it, and stir until it is all melted.

Pour in the cocktail, stir well and remove.

Take out the coagulated milk pudding, pour it into the cocktail pudding, put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, cut the fruit on it, and start eating.
Tips:
When stirring the gelatine powder, don't heat it too much, it must be low, so as not to affect its solidification effect.
