In fact, I wanted to make this jelly a long time ago, and I think it is really a kind of visual enjoyment~ I finally made it this time, using a low-concentration cocktail as the main ingredient. After making it, the taste of the wine is very weak, and the sweetness is delicious~

material:
Red part: 200ml strawberry-flavored pre-mixed wine, 20g granulated sugar, 1 piece of gelatin, appropriate amount of strawberry and blueberry Transparent part: transparent mixed-flavor pre-mixed 200ml, 20g fine sugar, 1 piece of gelatin, appropriate amount of dried rose petals

Ingredients

8. When the red jelly is almost solidified, start to make the transparent jelly liquid: pour the transparent cocktail and sugar into a small pot, boil until slightly boiling, turn off the heat

9. Add the drained gelatin slices and mix well

10. Ice water cooling

11. Add a little rose petals and stir well

12. Take out the wine glass that has solidified red jelly

13. Pour the cooled white jelly liquid slowly, and keep it in the refrigerator until it solidifies

Tips:

1. Gelatine tablets soaked in cold water will not have a fishy smell;
2. The white jelly must be cooled to a low enough temperature, and then poured into the red jelly wine glass that has been warmed up, otherwise it will be easy to have color mixing.
