Coconut Curry Crab

Brush the crabs and chop them into pieces. Use a hammer to pound the crab claws and crab feet to make it easier to eat.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Chop lemongrass, slice green onion, and slice ginger.

Heat the pan, sauté the ginger and spring onion until fragrant.

Add onion and lemongrass until fragrant.

Put curry powder and stir fry until fragrant. (Be careful not to fry it.)

Pour in milk and coconut milk and boil.

Add the crab and cook for 15 minutes until cooked.

Finally, add the remaining green onions and season with a little salt.

Fresh and delicious.
Tips:
1. Lemongrass is the key and indispensable. Without lemongrass, the flavor of this dish would be different.
2. This crab is a sea crab, which has a salty taste, so you should put less or no salt.
