Cod Soup
1.
Take the cod fish that you bought home, remove the scales and viscera, and cut into three-centimeter sections. Heat up the pan and heat oil, add the fish segments to the oil and fry them to brown on both sides.
2.
After frying the brown on both sides, add green onion and ginger and stir fry.
3.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water, turn the heat to a low heat, and continue to simmer for five or six minutes.
4.
When the fish soup becomes as white as milk, add salt, vinegar, pepper and oyster sauce to taste.
5.
Finally, add some small green onions, and you can get out of the pot.
Tips:
Minger concludes: 1 When many people cook fish soup, they will put cooking wine to remove the fishy. Actually, they don't need to. Just fry the fish to remove the fishy.
2 When cooking the fish soup, be sure to add salt and vinegar when it comes out of the pot at the end. Put it early, the fish soup will taste bad.
