Cod Stewed with Tomato

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Remove the thawed cod fish from the scales, clean it, and dry it with a kitchen paper towel.

3. Spread a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil evenly on both sides, place them in a baking dish, cover with tin foil, and place in an air fryer.

4. Choose 200 degrees to bake for 18 minutes (flexible adjustment according to the thickness of the fish)

5. Cut tomatoes in half, garlic slices, green onions into small pieces, ginger slices, and peppers into small pieces

6. Put a little olive oil in the pot and sauté the chopped green onion, garlic slices, chili, and ginger slices until fragrant

7. Add small tomatoes and stir fry

Tips:

1 Cherry tomatoes do not need to be cut and used whole, but you should always flatten them with a spatula when cooking. The skin of small tomatoes will fall off during the cooking process, so you don’t need to deliberately peel them when cooking. You can use large tomatoes. Just cut into large pieces.
2 Do not stack the fish pieces together in the baking dish, and heat evenly on a single layer.
