Cod Tofu Noodle Soup
1.
Ingredients: 30g baby spaghetti, 50g cod, 50g tofu, 40g tomato, 25g broccoli
PS: Generally, I use many kinds of ingredients to make such noodles. It can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the baby's chewing ability, whether it is allergic, and the ability of gastrointestinal adaptability.
I usually use spaghetti instead of regular noodles, because regular noodles are made with some salt, because adding salt can make the noodles more chewy, which results in a higher sodium content in regular noodles.
The pasta is different from the wheat flour used in ordinary noodles. It uses durum wheat flour. This kind of wheat flour has a high protein content. Even without salt, it can make a chewy texture. So, sodium is The content is very low, so there is no need to worry about excessive sodium intake of the baby's complementary food.
2.
Boil a pot of boiling water, add baby pasta, cook for 9 minutes, and cook the pasta.
PS: Remember to add 2 drops of oil to the pot when cooking the pasta, so as to prevent the pasta from sticking together when cooking, and also to prevent the pot from overflowing. It is best to cook the pasta within 10 minutes, so that the cooked pasta will have a chewy texture and a better taste.
3.
Cut the tofu into small pieces.
4.
Blanch the cut tofu with boiling water.
PS: Some babies don't like tofu because they hate the smell of tofu. So I will blanch it in advance, and it won’t break easily when cooking later.
5.
Boil another pot of boiling water, and blanch the whole broccoli in the water.
6.
Chop the broccoli.
PS: Broccoli is a kind of vegetable that is easier to chew. How big it is to cut depends on your baby's chewing ability.
7.
Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalks, make a cross cut on the top of the tomatoes, put in the freshly boiled water, and soak for a while.
8.
In this way, the tomato skin will be rolled up when heated, and the tomato skin can be easily removed!
9.
Chop the tomatoes and put them in a small bowl.
10.
Cut the cod into small pieces.
PS: The taste of cod is relatively soft, and the baby can chew, so there is no need to chop it so much. You can exercise your baby's chewing ability, let your baby practice biting a small bite, and then chew slowly.
11.
Brush a layer of base oil in the pan.
12.
Fry the cod in a pan until golden.
PS: In order to look good and enrich the flavor, I first added some green and red peppers. When buying colored peppers and green peppers, be sure to choose the thicker, non-spicy ones.
The meat of cod is very tender and easy to cook, so it is enough to fry until golden brown. Don't fry for too long, otherwise it will taste old and taste bad!
13.
Then add tomatoes to the pot and fry the tomatoes to become soft and rotten.
14.
Add about 500ml of water to the pot and bring to a boil on high heat.
15.
After the water boils, pour in tofu and broccoli.
16.
Boil the cod fish tofu soup for 5 minutes to cook the ingredients.
17.
Finally, add the pasta to the pot and cook for another minute to mix the flavor of the soup with the pasta.
18.
The tempting cod fish tofu noodle soup is coming out of the pot!
19.
Because tofu, cod, and broccoli are all chewable ingredients, I deliberately cut them into larger pieces to exercise the baby's chewing ability. If the baby is temporarily unable to adapt to the large pieces of food, he can chop it into smaller pieces.
Tips:
Generally, I use a lot of ingredients to make this kind of noodles. It can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the baby's chewing ability, whether it is allergic, and the ability of gastrointestinal adaptability.
