Coffee Jelly

2 slices of gelatin soak in cold water until softened

Caster sugar, gelatin (squeeze off the water), put it into the freshly brewed hot coffee

Stir well until the gelatin is completely melted

Pour into the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes

Add 10 grams of whipped cream and powdered sugar, beat to a little firmness

Put the whipped cream in the piping bag and set aside

Take out the refrigerated coffee, cut it into small pieces with a knife, and make a pot of yogurt jelly

Put coffee jelly into a cup, squeeze light cream on it, and decorate with mint leaves
Tips:
The strength of the coffee is based on personal preference. If you prefer a lighter flavor, add more water, otherwise, use less water.
