This is a coffee dessert from Italy-Affogato, which translates as "submerged". It describes ice cream submerged in fragrant coffee. It is a food that makes people feel delicious and suffocating.

Lazy Version of Afujiato

1. Brew coffee with boiling hot water.

2. Choose a cup you like and put half an ice cube in it.

3. Pour the brewed coffee liquid into the cup. To prevent the coffee liquid from pouring out of the cup, use a straw to drain it.

4. Whip cream + 10% powdered sugar and squeeze it onto the surface of the coffee to make a milk cap.

5. Decorate with chocolate biscuit sticks and mint leaves.

6. Ice and fire blend, bittersweet balance, enjoy!

Tips:

① The coffee is boiling hot when poured into ice cream.
②The ice cream can be made into your favorite shape such as a spherical shape with your favorite flavor, which will be more refined.
