Cold Naked Oat Noodles

Soak the noodles in warm water for half an hour. At this time, prepare some seasonings and process ingredients.

Put the shallots in the bowl, then add the chili segments, and use a tablespoon of IDE hot oil to blanch them, not to overdo it, so as not to have too much heat

Then add 2 spoons of soy sauce and 2 spoons of vinegar and stir

Boil the carrots in boiling water for 1 minute and remove them. Don’t chop the carrot too thin, or it will break when you cook it

Put cucumber shreds, carrot shreds, mixed sauce in the noodles, and a spoonful of hot sauce

Gelinuoer instant noodles are more convenient without boiling!
Tips:
The oil here has to be burnt until it smokes to burn the chopped green onion. You can add other condiments according to your own taste.
