Cold Noodles with Beef and Melon

Prepare ingredients

Sliced cucumber

Cut beef with sauce into thick slices

Add water to boil the noodles in the pot, cook for about 5 minutes

Tips:
1. The sauced beef is the kind bought in the supermarket. The cooked one is softer, so you need to cut thicker slices. If you cut too thinly, it will be broken. If it is self-marinated beef, it can be sliced thinner.
2. Tahini should be diluted with 2 tablespoons of cold boiling water in advance and mix thoroughly for later use.
