Cold Pork Ears
1.
Shred pork ears with sauce, wash and shred cucumber, cut dried red pepper into sections, and mince garlic.
2.
Choose a deep dish, add the sliced pork ear shreds and cucumber shreds in turn, add white sugar, aged vinegar, and a fresh soy sauce, sprinkle with chopped garlic and dried red pepper.
3.
Heat the oil until it smokes, pour on the minced garlic and dried red pepper, stir well and serve.
Tips:
1. Choose pig ears with good sauce. The pig ears already have a salty taste, so there is no need to add edible salt.
2. When stirring, you can add some coriander powder to make the flavor more.
