Conch Slices in Oil

1. Conch steamed for 10 minutes

2. Pick out the slices one by one, don’t use the extra messy parts

3. Put on a plate, add the chopped green onion, ginger, dried chili.

4. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and horseradish thoroughly, and evenly pour on the snails.

5. Heat a little oil and drizzle on the chopped green onion, ginger, dried chili. Sprinkle with coriander and garnish 😍
