Cool and Crispy Fungus [ms. Kong Teaches Cooking]

Mince garlic, and chop chili and coriander into small pieces.

Soak the fungus in water and tear it into small flowers after washing.
3.
Bring water to a boil in a pot, add black fungus and blanch for 1 minute.

Rinse in cold boiling water, drain and set aside.
5.
Add red pepper segments to the fungus, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, salt and sesame oil.

Finally add cooked white sesame seeds, minced garlic and coriander.
7.
Stir well.
