Cool and Summer Ebony Soup

Wash the raw materials, put them in a casserole, add about 2000 ml of water, and bring to a boil. Turn to medium and low heat and simmer slowly.

One hour later, add rock sugar and salt (to refresh and replenish salt in the body). Simmer for another hour and add dried osmanthus.

After all is boiled, use a strainer to filter out the solids in the soup, pour it into a bottle, put it in the refrigerator, and take it as you drink it.
