Coriander Mixed with Peanuts
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Add oil to the pot, then add peanuts, stir-fry on medium-low heat until cooked, set aside.
3.
Put the peanuts out for use.
4.
Cut the coriander into small pieces, cut the green pepper into small pieces, and cut the millet into small pieces.
5.
Find a large bowl and fill it with the right amount of cool peanuts (you don't need to add them all at once, the remaining peanuts can be used again next time), and then add green peppers, coriander and millet spicy.
6.
Add light soy sauce and aged vinegar, add a little more aged vinegar, and then drizzle with sesame oil.
Tips:
Choose small purple peanuts for more fragrant.
