Corn Pie
1.
Peel off the fresh corn kernels, put rock sugar under the corn kernels in the pot, turn off the heat after the water is turned on, let cool, and put the soup in the refrigerator for one night! Most people use canned corn directly. My mother just doesn't like it. I think fresh corn is even healthier!
2.
The next day, take out the corn, filter out the water, add 2 tablespoons of starch and mix well with the corn kernels. Do not add too much powder, just enough to evenly dip the corn kernels.
3.
Brush a little oil in the pan. After the oil is warm, add the corn kernels. Use a spoon to flatten the corn kernels. Do not turn it. Change the heat to low. When the starch on the corn kernels becomes transparent, take a little starch and stir with water. Add some starch to the corn for baking, and it is best to fill up the blanks in the middle and fry for a while!
4.
After the corn is branded, add more oil to the corn. Fry until the corn is fragrant, pour out the oil, sprinkle with sugar, goji berries and sesame seeds, and wait for it to cool, cut into pieces and serve on a plate!
