Sweet Bacon Cucumber Corn Kernels

1; This dish is very simple and quick, you can add shiitake mushrooms, or shrimps, etc. according to your needs
2. It is best to choose fresh fruit corn for corn. It is very convenient to cut corn kernels with a knife. I bought canned corn kernels once, and I think fresh corn kernels taste better and are more nutritious.
3; Cucumbers don’t need to be fried, they are raw and crispy. My kid said that they don’t like to eat cooked cucumbers, haha
