Corn Soup Baby Vegetables
1.
Cut baby cabbage into strips.
2.
Boil in boiling water for 3 minutes, take out the pan to filter the water.
3.
Take a pot and add an appropriate amount of chicken broth, pour in the corn soup, and bring to a boil.
4.
Add seasonings and cook slowly until the soup becomes a bit sticky.
5.
Pour the soup on the baby cabbage.
Tips:
The soup can be slightly more flavorful, because the base flavor is not added when the dish is blanched;
The vegetables can be cut evenly to cook faster; because the corn soup itself is sticky, it can be made thick without adding too much chicken broth.
