Cote D'azur (sprite Cocktail)
1.
Soak the gelatine slices in cold water and remove them (due to the hot weather in summer, it is best to soak in ice water or in an air-conditioned room)
2.
Pour the RIO cocktail (Blue Rose Whiskey) into a small bowl, put it in the microwave, turn on high heat for one minute (warm it)
3.
Add the softened gelatin slices to the warm cocktail and stir until uniform
4.
Pour into a container (I chose a rectangular container, which is convenient to cut into pieces after shaping). After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (I put it overnight) until it is completely solidified
5.
Take out the solidified jelly and cut half into small pieces
6.
Mashed half with a spoon
7.
Put the jelly cut into small pieces into the bottom of the cup
8.
Slowly pour into the Sprite, and finally add a spoonful of the finely crushed jelly to the drink, and put on the mint leaves.
