Creamy Bacon Pasta
1.
Prepare the materials. Add water, olive oil, and salt to the pot, boil over high heat and add the linguine. Remove the water after 8-10 minutes.
2.
Turn on medium heat, put the sliced bacon in the pan and fry until the oil comes out. Pour the bacon and bacon oil into a small bowl. (Don't wash the pot because there is still bacon oil left in the pot)
3.
Put the butter in the pot, wait until it is completely melted and change to a low heat. Add peppercorns, water, butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in turn. Stir well. If you like spicy food, add a little dried chili. (The garlic does not need to be cut and crushed with a knife. For those who lose weight, you can replace the cream and water with half a cup of milk)
4.
Add the linguine and bacon one by one and you're done! (Because the bacon, butter, and Parmesan cheese all have salt, I don’t add salt. If it is too salty, you can add salt, and if it’s too dry, add water/milk)
