This stuffing is mainly to eliminate the pineapple ice cream in the refrigerator. Summer has passed and no one will eat anymore. Suddenly thought whether it could be used to make mooncake fillings, and soon after thinking about it, I put it into practice. I was worried that the filling of pineapple ice cream might be too little, so I added pineapple sauce. The ingredients for this pineapple ice cream are cream, pineapple jam, starch, and possibly milk. So I called the creamy pineapple filling, but the creamy flavor is not so obvious.

1. Homemade creamy pineapple ice cream 200g, homemade pineapple sauce 170g

2. Pour the ice cream into the pot, heat to melt over medium-low heat, pour in the pineapple sauce and stir well

3. Keep the heat on medium and low, stirring constantly, until the soup becomes less thick, and finally it dries into a dough.

Tips:

Try to maintain a medium and small fire, if the fire is too large, the burnt color will be heavier. During the whole heating process, it needs to be stirred continuously to avoid the bottom of the pot.
Pineapple filling can also be made with pineapple sauce/canned pineapple/fresh pineapple. If milk flavor is needed, milk powder can be added to enhance the flavor.
