Creamy Tortilla

To prepare the materials, the cornmeal I used is relatively coarse, it is yellow cornmeal, not cornstarch;

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well with a whisk, and let stand for about 15 minutes

The breakfast machine is connected to the power supply to warm up

Brush a little bit of oil on the breakfast machine first, then brush once, no need to brush the oil later

The breakfast machine has two layers. The partition in the middle is movable. Put a spoonful of batter on the lower layer, and put a spoonful of batter on the upper layer. The batter flows by itself just to cover the heating plate, a thin layer

Close the lid for about 2~3 minutes. The batter on the upper layer has solidified and does not flow. Lift the upper heating plate, turn the lower biscuits over, and fry them for about a minute.

Rotate the heating plate in the middle, the cakes on the upper layer will fall into the lower layer, continue to put the batter on the upper layer, and operate the cakes on the 2 layers at the same time

Make all the batter one by one, this amount can make 7 small pancakes

Tips:
The cornmeal is yellow, not cornstarch. You must use fine cornmeal. The one I use is a little bit thicker;
If you don’t like baking powder, you can replace it with the same amount of yeast and ferment for at least 30 minutes;
