Crispy Fried Fish

1. Clean the small wild fish and drain the water.

2. Add appropriate amount of salt.

3. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

4. Add a little ginger slice.

5. Add appropriate amount of sugar.

6. Marinate for half an hour.

7. Take out the ginger slices and beat in the eggs.
