Crispy Fried Prawns

Wash the sea prawns.

Shell the shrimp, rinse it, and then cut it with a knife along the back into two connected halves, pat with the back of the knife to break the muscle link, and then blot it dry with kitchen paper.

Mix 5 parts of rice noodles with 3 parts of flour, add water and salt to make a deep-fried paste. Stir the consistency with chopsticks. It is advisable to stick to the chopsticks and drip slowly.

Add oil to the pan and heat it to a high heat. Dip the fried shrimp into the pan and fry it until golden.

Delicious crispy fried prawns.
Tips:
The deep-fried paste is made by mixing sticky rice noodles and flour in a ratio of 5:3, so that the fried things will be crispy when they are cold.
