Crispy Rice Dumplings

First prepare the breadcrumbs, zongzi, eggs, and ketchup.

Take the rice dumplings and peel off the outside leaves of the rice dumplings.

Cut the zongzi into slices and set aside.

Knock the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
