Some morning when you are in bed, want to have breakfast and lunch? Let's have a few golden rice balls, brunch's best choice! It is also one of the ways to solve the leftovers.

Crispy Shrimp Rice Balls

1. Ingredients preparation:
Rice (leftovers are also available)
Shrimp diced and peeled with ham (the shell leaving the tail)
Plain flour with salted egg liquid yellow breadcrumbs

2. Stir-fry the shrimp and ham slightly to taste, set aside;

3. Dip the hand with water, spread the rice on the palm, put the diced ham on the rice first, hold it into a rice ball, stuff the peeled shrimp, reveal the tail, and close the rice ball;

4. The rice balls pass the flour, egg liquid and bread crumbs in turn;

5. Heat the oil pan to low heat, put the rice balls in the oil pan, and fry until the surface is golden.

6. Serve with tomato sauce or salad dressing and serve.
