Curry Prince Crab

The prince crab is brushed clean and the water is boiled and steamed for 15 minutes.

Cut the steamed crab into pieces.

Put the oil in the pot and pour the cold oil into the red curry, slowly simmer and melt, pour in the onion, ginger, garlic, and coconut milk.

Bring the broth to a boil, pour in the crab pieces and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while, then pour the coconut milk into the low heat and simmer again until it boils.

After boiling, throw in the cut green pepper and red pepper cubes, stir-fry for a while, and then you can put them on the pan! Remember that curry should be thick.
