Curry Roasted Wing Root

Clean the roots of the chicken wings, control the moisture, and poke small holes with a toothpick or a small fork. Prepare chopped onion, chopped ginger, and block curry.

Put the curry in a pot and add appropriate amount of water.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and rice wine to melt the curry, and stir evenly.

Add chopped ginger and chopped onion.

Put the chicken wings in a pot in turn, so that each chicken wing is soaked in curry sauce and marinated for more than two hours. You can wear disposable gloves to pinch the heels of the chicken wings in the middle for better taste.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray and brush with oil to prevent sticking. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The chicken wing roots are placed on the baking tray.

Put it in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

Take it out, brush a layer of marinated chicken wings with the sauce, turn it over and brush it again. Continue to bake for about fifteen minutes. The chicken wings are fully cooked and the skin is slightly charred.

Tips:
1. The chicken wing root will be marinated for at least 2 hours before it will be delicious, turn it over and brush the sauce halfway. If the marinating time is longer, you don't need to brush it.
2. The grilled food is saltier than usual when marinated with mixed seasoning juice.
3. Poking holes in the roots of chicken wings is more convenient when the marinating time is short.
