Dancing Tea-scented Cat Rice

Wash the rice and dice carrots and celery.

To prepare Pu'er tea into the teapot, wash the tea with boiling water once, then pour it into boiling water and soak for about 10 minutes.

Pour the brewed tea into the rice, add a few drops of oil and half a teaspoon of salt to the rice.

Put it in the rice cooker and add water until it is about 1cm higher than the rice, and then start the cooking button.

When the rice has boiled, turn on the rice cooker and add carrot and celery cubes to continue cooking until it trips.

Simmer the cooked rice for three minutes, take it out, add a little mirin soy sauce, mix well, add sesame seeds and katsuobushi.
Tips:
1 Don't soak the rice in boiling water, otherwise the rice will be too soft
2 The strong aroma of tea depends on personal preference, if it can be thicker, add more water to Pu'er
3 It is not recommended to put too much soy sauce. One is salty, and the other is that it will cover up the fragrance of tea.
