Desktop Macaron Sponge Ball

Knock whole eggs and one egg yolk into the basin and add 35g of sugar.

Send it at high speed until the batter dripping lines are not easily disappeared.

Sift in low-gluten flour.

Stir evenly without particles.

Put it into a piping bag and the oven is now preheated.

Squeeze the macarons from the school kitchen on the baking sheet.
