Diced Tofu Soup

Prepare the ingredients, diced fish, diced tofu, and shallots.

Bring clean water to a boil and pour the diced fish.

Cook the diced fish, add lard and appropriate amount of salt.

Pour in the diced tofu and cook for 2 minutes.

The starch is dissolved with water.

Add the seasoning and bring the chicken essence to a boil.
