Discarded Health Care Products---fish Scale Jelly

Remove the scales from the fish skin and wash the mucus.

Prepare green onion, ginger, pepper and white wine.

Soak the rinsed fish scales in clean water for more than 3 hours, and change the water midway.

Put the fish scales in the pot, add water to cover the fish scales, add the pepper, green onion, ginger and white wine.

Cook on high heat for 10 minutes.

Turn to low heat and cook until 3 hours.

Remove the crimped scales and debris.

Filter into the container.

Put it in the refrigerator and condense into a jelly.

Frozen slices of fish scales and put them in a dish.

According to your preference, you can add garlic, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, and sesame oil to make a sauce.

Add cucumber slices and pour the sauce on it.
Tips:
Rinse the scales well, and soak for at least 3 hours. The cooked fish scale liquid needs to be filtered twice. This will make the fish scales very clear and white.
