Double Pepper Rabbit

1. The preparation materials are shown in the figure.

2. Wash rabbit meat, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, cooking wine and starch, mix well.

3. Cut the small red pepper and green onion into sections.

4. Cut green pepper into small pieces.

5. Pour the oil in a hot pan and bring it to 80% hot.
