Dried Vegetables and Pig Lung Soup

1. Dried vegetables are soaked in water for 30-50 minutes, the carrots and pork bones are washed and cut. The pig lungs are flushed with water to squeeze out the blood.

2. Put water in the pot to boil, put the whole pig lungs into it and cook it, pick it up under the tap and rinse with water and cut into pieces.

3. Put all the ingredients in the soup pot with water and bring to a boil. After the water is boiled, remove the froth and turn to a low heat for two and a half hours. Season with salt and turn off the heat.
