Drunk Chicken

Chicken wash

Prepare shallots and ginger slices

Prepare glutinous oil and Huadiao wine

Boil the chicken in a pot under cold water first, then pick it up and wash it

Put the chicken in the soup pot and pour boiling water, add the green onion and ginger

Add the cooking wine and cover the high heat to boil, then turn to medium and low heat and cook until the chicken is cooked (about an hour and a half)

Then pick it up and immerse it in ice water and let it cool down before picking it up to drain the water

Chop the cubes and pour into the prepared drunk stew, cover and refrigerate for more than 2 hours

2. The ratio of glutinous oil and Huadiao wine can be adjusted according to your own taste
