When I went home on May Day, I saw the dustpan snails that I used to pick up at the beach when I was a child. I bought it in my old home dialect (duck snails). I used it to eat drunk with cooking. It was really delicious.

Drunk Dustpan

1. Just boil the bought snails in boiling water for 5 minutes, otherwise the meat will grow old

2. For nearly 2 catties of snails, we picked out 300 grams of meat, and the snails were small. It took 2 hours to complete the snails, and they were packed in a jar.

3. Sprinkle with salt and stir
